Widget plugin error site warped in IE | WordPress.org

I have 2 problems. First, when I try to manage the widgets on my site I receive this error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare register_sidebars() (previously declared in /home/jasiribl/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php:15) in /home/jasiribl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/widgets.php on line 22.
I had no problem at first, so I’m not sure what I did to cause this error. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Also, my site looks fine in Firefox and Safari, but in IE it is warped. Is there anything I can do about this?

Coltwo has 20px of padding. That might be disturbing the layout. Check your CSS. HTH.

thanx. i changed the padding but it messed up the format in Firefox, so I changed it back. but even when i changed it so that it appeared fine in IE, the images in the left sidebar were still at the bottom of the page. Not sure if I can fix things for IE.

Also, can someone still help with the error message I’m receiving when I try to access my widgets?

well i figured out the error on my own.

still not sure about Internet Explorer problem

Maybe it is not an IE problem but a validation problem:
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fjasiri-blog.com%2F
(although perfectly valid site still can look ugly in IE)
