Widget only displaying for logged in users

I’m using the Twenty Twelve theme and I recently installed the OpenX Widget plugin and configured it, however it only shows for users who are logged in. I did not install any plugins to control widgets. To test, I copied the code from OpenX directly in to a text widget and the same problem occurs. It also occurs if I copy that same code to an existing widget.

The problem occurs with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. The only browser that doesn’t seem to have a problem is the stock android browser on my phone.
