widget not showing

    I have put “request” widget in my sidebar and it is not showing up. I made other changes as a test and disabled my cache to make sure that was not the issue. Do you have any idea why its not working?

    Hello

    Widget will appear only for logged in user with customer role.

    You are logged in as Admin, that’s the reason you are not able to see the widget.

    hello, I did and do have the setting turned on. I was thinking the widget would show for non-logged in users so they can apply for the wholesale account. Many people that come to our site are potential re-sellers, we want to those people to be able to apply for the account without already being logged in as a customer.

    also, now that I am seeing the widget and also on the account page, “select role” on account page and “want to modify role” in widget does not seem like good wording from a customer perspective and is poor grammar. “Role” does not make much sense to them. I think it would make more sense if it said “Request Wholesale Customer Account”.
    and why is there a pull down menu? It is just one option. Seems like it should just be a button.
