    Hello, I was trying the widget of this chat, but there was a fatal error when I put it in a sidebar.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function openssl_pkey_get_public() in C:\Users\Rey\Desktop\xampp\htdocs\pokemafia.it\wp-content\plugins\wise-chat\src\WiseChatCrypt.php on line 26

    I’m using XAMPP in local.

    Hello,

    you need to install (and enable) openssl PHP module in XAMPP.

    I’ve installed openssl PHP in XAMPP and I have this now:

    Warning: openssl_public_encrypt(): Don’t know how to get public key from this private key in C:\Users\Rey\Desktop\xampp\htdocs\pokemafia.it\wp-content\plugins\wise-chat\src\WiseChatCrypt.php on line 34

    Did you make any modifications of the source code of the plugin?

    Please tell me what PHP version do you use.

    Due to lack of further details I’m resolving the topic. It was probably openssl issues.
