Widget empty when date limited

    The widget shows the most liked posts ONLY when there is no date limit. As soon as I apply a limit of say last week, the list is empty. I suspect the issue is the date format, that the widget misunderinterprets the date… I’ve turned off the date limit now to make it work.

    Hi,

    The thing is that the most liked content widget is working as designed: first it selects posts published during specified Time range and then sorts them by likes.

    So if you want to display all the posts in the widget just set “Time range” to 1 year for example.

    They reply with that cut/paste message whenever a user brings up this broken widget feature. No fix yet and no offer of further support.

    The feature has been implemented in the most liked content widget: there is “Votes period” parameter that allows to get the materials which have received votes for the certain period.
