Hi i dont have the drag option anymore on my widgets page? it says:

Drag widgets from here to a sidebar on the right to activate them. Drag widgets back here to deactivate them and delete their settings.

it used to work like 2 weeks ago but since then i cannot figure out y that option has left the building on my local host?

if anyone knows please help me

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

That drag and drop function is Javascript so make sure that you have Javascript enabled. Also clear your browser cache.

If you have the WP Events Calendar plug in – get rid of it, it messes up widget drag & drop plus alot of other problems.
