Widget does not display on front page | WordPress.org

I cannot get the widget to display on the front page. It does display on all posts, but not on index pages.

Is there anything I am missing?

As I understand the “Include on Index Webpages” checkbox should not influence the widgets, but I tried checking and unchecking with no result.

The widget does not appear on index webpages.

However, I just finished making LOTS of changes to the upcoming v3.6 for you, so the widget will now appear on index webpages.

If you wouldn’t mind, could you download, install and test the current DEV version from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/nextgen-facebook.zip?

You’ll need to validate that the buttons are behaving as they should… Let me know if everything is looks good.
