My apologies for the confusion, you can open a ticket to us with no relation to free or paid plugins of us that you have or do not have.
The page just explain how to open the ticket from your profile, which is the only requirement.

I m working with WPRocket, after some adjustments i got it working
What adjustment did you make?
after “updating” to ally the preview for the frontend is not displaying in the backend, ally is not working. I tried deactivating Plugins (Ninja Firewall and others), nothing helps.
A previously great tool turned b***sh**.
