Widget content overlapping

Hi there, on the home page http://www.onpointexecutivecenter.com/ very bottom there is a video. I’ve been trying to move it using widgets and place right above “When you’re tired of doing… – slideshow” but when i do, it ends up showing up BEHIND it instead of ABOVE it. In other words the two items are overlapping on top of each other. I appreciate your help.
