I think you are referring to our Top-rated widget.
You can access this in your WP Management Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets.
Just drag the Top-rated widget to one of your sidebars. You can also change the settings of your top-rated widget by clicking the arrow down button.
Our top-rated widget usually lists your posts/pages with the most number of votes. So yes, it will show you the posts/pages with the highest rating together with his star rating and the number of votes it has.

the top rated widget didn’t show any more
and check this two page with the same widget sidebar
and NOT same Rating!! (show the current post rating for sidebar)
