Widget-cha do with the Widget??

I am new to WP and to site making all together. Someone recommended Dynamic Widgets when I posted about a sidebar problem of not having enough theme sidebar to custom sidebar desire ratio that I needed to complete my vision of having unique sidebar per page within the site. The Dynamic Widget worked like a charm on the first page. Was a dream! Until I finally got to the third page of the site. This is where I may lose some people for not being able to explain it properly. While I, the administrator, can see what widgets are on the sidebar. Guests cannot. How does this happen? And I worry what I did different between page 1 to page 3.

I have went into the Dynamic Widget plugin / advanced / and checked use ‘Old’ Method as was suggested in another thread. Didn’t help. Still getting the same undesired effect. I have been spinning my wheels and trying everything I can find for the last 3 days. Am really ready to find a solution. Anyone out there that can help me come up with one?
