Widget bar css for Tonic theme

    Hey,
    I am using the basic Tonic theme and I am happy with it – just one thing.

    I want a small border around the widget side on the right. I tried to add the css code in the style.css of the theme at point #secondary , but nothing happens.

    What am I doing wrong? Where do I have to put the code into?

    Please help.
