widget admin has gone screwy!

I installed this plugin and it took my site offline so I decided to remove and delete it. Unfortunately, since then, I havent been able to get into my widgets in admin! When I hover over the link it’s supposed to go to http://example.com/wp-admin/widget.php, but it forwards to: https://example.com/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/~4258129.4832578/htdocs/wp-admin/widgets.php
I removed the code in the htaccess file, and I double check to see if it was still in the active plugins table in wp_options in phpMyadmin, I have tried disabling all plugins, and I am still getting this error.
This is a project that needs to be completed ASAP. Please help! I am not sure what to do at this point!
