Why & what is Recreate Permalink?

    The permalink is saved to a custom field for every post or page that plugins have been enabled/disabled on. When you change your permalinks in the wordpress settings or if you move your site the custom fields wont get updated. Clicking that button recreates all of the values in the custom fields.
