why " Users who can receive push notifications" dramatically decrease?

    my total users are increase day by day. between total users and users who can receive push notifications, there is only 2 number. for example:

    total users: 153
    Users who can receive push notifications: 151

    but now there are a lot difference. my question is why and how can i fix this?

    now:

    total users: 198
    Users who can receive push notifications: 138

    and it is decreasing

    Hello,

    The Total Users number will never decrease and is the number of users that were ever subscribed. Once a user is registered to your app, the Total Users number is incremented.

    The Users who can receive push notifications is the number of messageable or “subscribed” players you have. Two of the most common ways users unsubscribe is by clicking the gear icon that comes with each notification and unsubscribing, or by clearing their browser data which will also unsubscribe them.
