Why the old record cannot display?

I am using your plug-in for a booking system, but I found the old record (more than 1 month) is never display, the old record is very important to my customer, please reply me asap!!!!

I contact with your staff before 5 days, but no any reply, Please reply me in fantasypang@beavers-tech.com asap!!!!
I paid USD $99 and have not customer service to me!!!!!
