Why not the same width in side-bars?

Anyone, please. Why not the same width here and here in the side-bars?
The two vertical lines in the middle is done by a gif-picture and the two outside lines by padding. I have changed the side-bars from equal 213px to 166px left and 275px right – if that matters? Can’t find those figures anywhere else in my custom theme than in my style.css – any function to be changed? Please anyone – asap.
