Why login page & Register won’t work

The second page before i type anything is here. https://livesredefined.com/register/

So side note for these pages worked before but it appears a new update of Ultimate member as im guessing messed with the page, Or… the new verison of wordpress might of conflicted as well….

But heres the 2 pages and what they say and have in them

Page 1 Login page info below (First page is link to page you need help with)

When this appears it also for each page has it stated its classical as in older verison of wordpress, Also i was planing simply on uninstalling ultimate member altogether and reinstalling it and see if that might work….

Page 2 Register Page info below (Second page is https://livesredefined.com/register/ )

This is slighty more werid in terms it doesn’t show the register form, However…. When your logined via hosted website directly from godaddy. It of course allows access and then when i visit register page again.. It says you’ve been registered. As if its willing to work but not for visitors nor anyone else but admininstrator

I also checked if i blocked access of the visitors in general…

Overall my biggest question after all that is ive heared that theres way to confirm HTML Code and find errors in the system itself, If i had the desire to do that how would i? And not only this but how can i maybe make things simpler and figure out a plugin that scans for malware, I have more then 1 secuirty system. But i question as well weather iThemes succari and jetpack not only secure the website but also scan for malware as well?

(Sorry if im confusing in what i say just trying to throw out theroies of what i have and have not done and simply looking for advise Ty for reading)
