    Did you paste the article straight from Word or some other word-processor ? If you did, it’s the non-standard characters that they make which has caused it.

    You’re sending the UTF-8 charset when you should be sending ISO-8859-1 or (if Podz is right) Windows-1252.

    Some of your quotes are smart quotes, others are just normal ones… some start plain but end smart (“You should not think about the days you missed from work as Lost Time and Earnings. It’s not Lost Time and Earnings – – it’s Lost Earning Capacity“). May want to do some major surgery to your content. WP can handle all the smart quoting from plain quotes.
