The sidebar will show according to your page template.
Just to clarify it a bit more, if your theme has different templates you can try to change them to check which one has the sidebar area activated.
To do that, you can go to:
WordPress Dashboard > Pages > Cart (korzina)
At the right sidebar, look for the item named “Template”.

These templates may vary from theme to theme, some of them will show different ones like HomePage, Full width, Full width with sidebar, and so on!

Could you please have a look at the widget visibility setting for your pages by following the guide here?
Your sidebar widgets could have been set to appear only on certain pages or to be hidden on other pages.

You can check if there are any additional/custom CSS entries for your site under your page: Customize > Additional CSS
Check for any code targeting/hiding the sidebar on your store pages.

The sidebar is a feature coming from your theme and not from WooCommerce core itself. Thus, you’d be best placed to reach out to the theme author for assistance with the issue you reported on this forum.
