It looks like there is a javascript error related to comments when checking in Chrome dev tools console. I would try and disable all plugins to see if comments then work. If they do, try reactivating all plugins one by one to see if one of those may be causing a conflict/causing an issue with comment functionality. Hope this helps!

I have solve my problem Myself. I had found similar thread but none of them resolve. I suggest to try what I had done.
My problem was solve by disabling Jetpack comment which cause conflict with latest WordPress comment function. This problem was not found in previous WordPress Versions.

I have been while after creating my site http://www.eigiwari.in but when i check my site post comment is not working at all even if I configure all setting well. I have try changing theme,use multiples plugin for comment but none of theme work. Now I tried with child theme that’s to not working. Anybody who are familiar to my problem please help me fix this.
