Hope you are doing well today.
By default, when you submit the form, a success message will be shown and after a few seconds, the message will hide and your form should be visible but there is an option to hide the form until you refresh the page.

You should make sure the hide form is not selected in form editor -> after submission -> inline message.

Hey @wpmudev-support2 , so the issue im facing is i literally cant submit the form again. If i click on the CTA after i have submitted on the form, my popup form doesnt show anymore.
In my after submission, I simply send my users to another link.
I did find that button and unclick, but i still cant see the form after i click on the CTA again.

Could you please share some more information regarding the form setup you’re having on your website.
– Could you please confirm if the popup shows blank? I am asking this because you mentioned the popup doesn’t show the form.
– Can you please share if you’re using any specific plugin to show the popup where you’ve added the Forminator form? This will help us to try and replicate the issue on our lab environment and troubleshoot it further.
– Can you please confirm after refreshing the page, the form shows fine again after you make one submission?
Lastly, can you please export your form and share the export with us so that we can check if there’s anything specific within the form that could be causing the issue?
To share the form export
– Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
– click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
– select “Export” option
– copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
– include link to that paste in your response below.
Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.
