The home page gallery is using FooGallery.
Other galleries on the site appear to be using Envira gallery – a completely separate plugin.
If you’d like the home page gallery to appear more like the Envira galleries, please edit the gallery and change the template to “Masonry” or “Justified” and save. By adjusting the settings for each of these you can achieve a gallery very similar to the Envira gallery you have installed elsewhere.
If you do have FooGallery installed on other pages and you would like me to give specific feedback, would you please provide a URL to the pages you would like me to compare with the home page?

I had a look at your galleries and the thumbs are not being generated.
Looking at the first thumb in the first gallery, the thumb dimensions are 1920×1280 which is definitely not the correct dimensions.
Please can you visit the FooGallery settings page and under the Images tab, click the Run Tests button to see if thumbs can be generated
It says:
“Thumbnail generation test ran successfully”
