I have people trying to register for our website https://synergyexplorers.org/ and they immediately get blocked by Wordfence … I check the reports and see the block BUT never see an explanation. What is causing Wordfence to block them?

When i tell the people to use a VPN then they can register for website. So what is the cause of the block? Wordfence is blocking but no explanation. Frustrating.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @cmatteo2356, thanks for reaching out to us.

Would it be possible to see one of these entries from your Live Traffic page, expanded by clicking the entry, or the “eye” icon. You can share screenshots using a service like Snipboard

Wordfence will usually give a reason for its blocks here – which I appreciate may not be happening in your case, but seeing the URLs being attempted or other circumstances might help me out in finding a cause.

Common reasons for users being blocked could be that the site needs to spend a period of time in Learning Mode, or how Wordfence gets IPs.

Learning Mode would be especially useful if you are using a forum, online store, or other non-default way of registering users to your site.

Let me know how you get on,

    Peter.
