WHMCS Bridge 404 Errors

New install, I keep getting 404 errors when trying to access the default whmcs-bridge that was created, froppa.com, whmcs seems to work find alone. i have uninstalled and reinstall whmcs and whmcs bridge many time, still getting the same error.

Warning: HTTP Error:22/The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found at http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal in /home/froppa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/whmcs-bridge/includes/http.class.php on line 226

but http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal alone loads fine.
