Hi there,
When I’ve seen issues like that in the past, it’s usually the result of pasting the HTML of our forms directly into a page builder like Visual Composer (WP Bakery). I’d suggest inserting our forms into that page via our shortcode builder, or if you are using the new Block Editor, then we have a Give Forms block as well.
Here’s some docs on that:
Please review that in detail and let us know if that resolves it or if you have other questions at all.
Thank you!
Matt,
Thanks for the reply.
Hmmm…I’m using SiteOrigin’s PageBuilder to lay out my pages.
That may be part of the problem. I have a feeling that it may not be playing nicely with your plugin. I say that because the builder that you mention can not be accessed from inside the site origin editor block, which is, so that we’re clear, the classic editor and not the gutenberg editor. I can’t see it your builder at all from there. Therefore, it must either be a bug in their code or yours. Either way, there’s a way around it, that I have to revert to the native editor, and then I can see the shortcode builder and magically, hahaha, once i lay out the block the way that I want, all is well with the world.
Sort of.
Anyway, Thanks for the response.
Miles.
