We are using the BuddyBoss mobile app. The mobile app connects to our WordPress site – BuddyBoss Platform (theme) // (www.Partnernomics.com).

Our users are able to send messages in our community platform from their PC browser, but most cannot message users through the mobile app. Is there a way to Whitelist the REST API (/wp-json) in our Personal List so it does not block users?

Hello @mcb9699

Unfortunately, no, it’s not possible to whitelist REST API.

However, If you know the list of IP addresses of the BuddyBoss app, you can add them to your SpamFireWall whitelist here:

https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

As an alternative, you can disable SpamFirewall in the plugin settings here:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-spam by CleanTalk
