Whitelist my dynamic IP

    I’m getting quite a few lockouts (from foreign countries) and would like to whitelist my own IP address, and allow admin logins ONLY from my IP, but it is a dynamic IP and might be changed by my ISP. Then I would be locked out?
    Any ideas? I suppose I could try to find the range of IPs my ISP might use . . . but how (I’m with BT in the UK).
