White space image crop

    Hello,
    I am looking for a plugin that allows to crop an image in a specific format but without removing some end of the image.
    I want the plugin to add white space around the image to bring it to the right dimension. (see links)
    For the moment I use photoshop to do it on each image, I would like to find a solution to do it online
