There is a lot of white space between my posts and comment section.
How may I reduce this?

My site is pointersforpraiseteams.com – theme name is Titan.

As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.

Because your text contains 20 empty paragraphs (well, empty apart from a non-breaking space) at the end of the text. My guess would be that this is in the post/page text itself, so I suggest that you edit the article and delete any trailing newline characters at the end of the article.
