White Screen Due To Images

    Short story is my hosting is working normally, and when I edit and save images onto my website everything is fine but when I click preview to see how it would look everything goes white. This only happens when I add an image or images anywhere on the site.

    So I am hoping a WordPress or Elementor developer should inspect the website’s code and browser errors. However I even uninstalled and checked and reinstalled Elementor and it did not work.

    Right now I have the image added so you can see exactly how I see the website looking while the image is added. If you need I can remove the image at any time too and the full thing becomes available to see again.

    Also changing the theme such as a twenty theme still doesn’t allow it to work with an image added and only when it is removed.

    It could be as simple as clearing your browser cache and cookies completely, and after that, do a hard page refresh. Clearing my browser cache fixed a white screen after updating to 7.1. Somewhat. I still have to go from page to page, and hard refresh too.

    MAC
    Hard refresh: ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + R
    Alternative: ⌘ Command + Option + R

    WINDOWS
    Hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R
    Alternative: Ctrl + F5

    I have tried clearing cache already and hard refreshing but no such luck.

    With the Link you send I have already went through all plugins and tested themes with no fix. I did though create a file to log error and what comes up several times in seconds is:
    [04-Sep-2026 15:55:51 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Using null as an array offset is deprecated, use an empty string instead in /home/u853015936/domains/jumpability.org/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1194. Which I am not sure what it means.

    That’s just a message from PHP indicating that an expected value wasn’t provided. It doesn’t explain the white screen, since it isn’t the cause of it. Don’t you see a “Fatal Error” or something similar in the log file?

    No there is nothing about fatal error in the log at all. When I inspect the white screen and look in console it does say:

    But even after going through some fixes for that on my own nothing has worked.

    This error is related to Elementor. I would recommend contacting their support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
