White screen death

    Hi guys, I have just download the latest version – 4.3.1.
    Installation works, and I can see at sosmate.com. However admin login – post, white screen is coming. I have not installed any plugin. I have enabled DEBUG true but no hint at all.

    Can you please help me.

    Hi there codebased!

    Have you tried reaching out to your hosting provider about this? Are you able to see your PHP error logs? You may have to ask your hosting provider about where you can find that.

    Have you tried reinstalling WordPress? You can do that using an FTP program.

    if you didnt install anything as a plugin or theme after installation check the root folder via ftp software maybe you have an empty index.html file together with the index.php of your wordpress

    The problem I have used weak password. The moment I have changed to a strong one , it has just worked!!!
