• Hi support forum,

I am using a multisite installation with 66 plugins in use. Actually I am running into the problem, that I got a white page while trying to open the widget.php page.

When I reduce the amount of plugins to 25 then it is working again. I also tried to find out, if it has to do with some plugins by dropping into sub-folder and reactivate then one by one, but without any positive result.

    Here is my System information – RAM 265,8/2048M • SQL 179 • PHPv 5.4.39

Fast help would be really appreciated,

    Regards, Alex

You’re running out of PHP memory.

Check how much you’ve allocated. You may need to bump it to 128M

    Hi Mika,

well I am not sure how to enable that because actually I have following system info in my status list at the bottom of admin area.

    RAM 267,0/2048M • SQL 189 • PHPv 5.4.39

Does these items are not enough to enable the higher value of php memory?

    Regards, Alex

No, that’s not PHP memory, that’s RAM and PHP version.

Go to your webhost’s knowledge base and search for increasing PHP memory. It’s a specific thing, and in different locations for each host.
