White Page on One Post Type

I’m having an issue with getting white pages. The site has several custom post types. When I enable caching everything works fine except for posts in one post type. The post type name/slug is “product”. Can anyone tell me where to start looking to solve this? Like I said, everything works but this post type and on this post type I get blank pages, and the pages are really blank, no content output, even with debugging turned on, there is just nothing there. any help appreciated.
