    Hi Joaquin.

    The Products page is actually a WooCommerce page, and it sounds like there might be a plugin/theme conflict on your site. I would suggest disabling all other plugins and switching to the default WordPress theme. If that fixes it, you can reactivate everything one by one and test to find the culprit.
