While scanning QR code I am getting message

    While scanning QR code on checkout page I am getting message ( Cannot Pay with this QR Code. No payment account registered on Google Pay). Getting message while payment through Google Pay & Paytm also. Checked Merchant UPI Id . It is correct. UPI Id is working for payment from other sources.

    Hello @milinddigital

    These error messages come from receiver or sender banks. these are not controlled by us. If you are getting this error in this plugin, then there are high chances that you will get similar error message in other plugins also. Let me know if other such plugins are working fine for you and you are getting this error only in this plugin.

    I have not tried other Plugins but I have tried adding different Merchant UPI Id & also customer tried sending payment from different provider Paytm & Gpay but same message is appearing after scanning QR Code.

    Hello @milinddigital

    As mentioned earlier, These error message come from banks, not from us. I believe you will get same error in other UPI plugins also. For now, I am closing this ticket. If any other UPI plugin works fine for you and only this plugin is causing any issue, feel free to open this ticket again.
