After investigating with Capability manager I noticed that you create a capability every time a form is created. This is a bit crazy. Isn’t there a way to fix that and create 1 capability only to read received email?
The reason for creating separate capability by form is for better control on each form capability.
If you are not able to manage it using capability manager then we suggest trying our “Advanced CF7 DB – User Access Manager” add-on related to this.

I can manage it with capability manager, but it’s not a good thing to have to specify a new rule every time a form is created (regarding my customer), I think you should consider changing the way it works 🙂 Anyway, thank you for the answer

Sorry for the late response.
We have created the capabilities form wise, just looking to the market in which the administrator needs to allow only specific users to access specific form data then they can have the provision.
This will be helpful in which you have bulk users and need to provide the accessibility to limited users only.
