Which plugins should I keep?

Good day everyone!
I would like to ask you kindly about the plugins: which one of them do I suppose I keep, and if I delete the unnecessary one, will it harm my website? I already have 17 active plugins. But what I will concentrate on now are the following plugins:
- LiteSpeed Cache.
- Meow app.
- Ad Inserter.
- Jetpack.
Are any of the above are related to each other?

Before deciding whether to keep or remove any of these plugins, it’s important to consider their functionalities and potential overlaps. But if you think you need it, you can keep it, that’s the beauty of WordPress, you don’t need to stress about it! 🙌 That being said, I can only assist you with the MeowApp’s suite of plugins.
Media Cleaner (if this is the plugin you meant by “Meow app“): Since it’s not a caching plugin, it should not interfere with caching or other performance-related plugins. You can keep it if you require our media cleaning features ! 🐱
In any case, before making any changes, I recommend taking a backup of your website, just in case something unexpected happens during the plugin management process. This way, you can easily revert to the previous state if needed. Better safe than sorry !
