Which pluggin will suit best?

Hi all,
Im an ex drupal user, moving over to wordpress I cant believe I never discovered this amazing tool earlier!!
Creating my first website for a friend who is a training consultant/ life coach/ mentor. We need a pluggin but being new to worrdpress im slowly learning the ropes
There are a range of training videos that employees can have access to, the employer will pay per employee, per video:
1. Employee makes request to view a training video (through website maybe?)
2. Employer will approve request
3. Employee receives loggin credentials to view video
4. Employer is billed according to how many employees view training videos.
5. The video will only be available for a particular time period ( 48hrs for eg,)
