    Thank you for the update. I understand that you’ve updated to the latest version but are unable to find the feature.

    Could you please navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features and check whether the Customer Review Emails feature is enabled?

    If it is not enabled, please enable it and save the settings. After doing so, the Customer Review Email settings should appear under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

    Please let us know if you’re still unable to find it after enabling the feature, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
