Where’s the editor toolbar?

    Why do I have a visual editor toolbar on one of my blogs and not the other? I have selected the visual editor on both profiles, and yet I have the ability to bold, italicize, etc. on one of my blogs and not the other. Is the editor something that comes with a theme and maybe I uploaded a theme that doesn’t support it? Please help!
