Where to put my widget

    Hi
    I’ve got an Amazon Affiliate Carousel widget which I want to put in the centre of the page, but I don’t know how to get it there. Actually I want to insert the code for the widget into the WordPress page.

    Can someone tell me how this is done please.

    The standard ways are to either add it into the template files coding if it comes before or after the content, or to create a new shortcode if it needs to be placed in the middle of your content.

    Thanks for that.
    Unfortunately I don’t know how to create shortcode.

    So I added the html into the page and it sits on the left hand side. I wanted to have it on the other side (right hand side) so I could put my content into the rest of the left hand side.

    As I say it works great, but just on the wrong side.

    Could you tell me how to shove it over please.

    That would normalyl need to be done using CSS, but it’s impossibe to say what code to use without seeing what’s there now.
