Where to design?

    Hey guys
    I just installed WordPress on my localhost server. I know this is a newbie question: “Which file do I edit to design my own page?”

    Umm… you can’t design a theme. You either have to learn to code and design then create a theme – or go download a free one. If you are referring to creating new pages… then it’s straight foreword. Pages –> add new.
