    Hi,

    Are you using text popup or the email template? For email/subscription forms you can change the placeholder text in the HTML code you are using for that popup.

    indeed thanks. and second issue is i can’t select “First time visit

    Popup will only be shown to visitors visiting the page for the first time.” option. wha can it be?

    That feature is only available when using Advanced targeting add-on. More information about it can be found here http://wppopupmanager.com/portfolio-item/advanced-targeting/
