Where is this stuff stored?

I’m currently using the Sliding-door theme. It’s been a rocky road getting there, but it seems to be working now, except that the pictures in the sliding-door menu all link to the home page- but that’s for another post….

My current question concerns the order of the pages in the Pages widget in the Sidebar. Although I am using the My Page Order plug-in to change the order of the pages and it as successfully gotten the order the way I like it, yet, the Pages widget is showing a different order!!!

I find the Theme’s support forum rather less supportive than I would prefer, and,
although I am very new to all this I suspect that this is more a general WordPress issue than a specific Theme issue. Where is this stuff stored if I want to go in and tweak it?
