Where is the support?!

I’ve tried emailing you guys through your website, and also through the admin section of the plugin. I’ve had no response, and neither have a lot of other people.

The FAQs don’t exists on your site, and the documentation is only half complete. I’m a premium member, and I have several issues with this plugin, some are the same as other users, and nobody is getting their questions answered.

There needs to be better support for this plugin!
