Hi @sardinianet,
If you need to paste it into a theme template, use the following:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[metaslider id=XX]'); }
I’ll mark this as resolved but if you have any more issues feel free to start a new topic. Thanks!
Hi
here the code vanished with the update of wp to 4.9.1 and MetaSlider 3.6.6 as well.
I took it from the backup, but when I entered it in my “header.php” in the theme editor, I could not save it anymore:
““Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.””
Several plugins show this problem.
I got it fixed; not Metaslider but another plugin, “mb.miniAudioplayer” was the culprit.
