You need to set up whatever address(es) you would like through your web hosting account. From there, you can have mail for each address forwarded to another more convenient one if you prefer, or keep separate mailboxes.

Do you know a plugin that I can add his own mailbox adress?
Because the website is for a client and he want something professional. I would like something easy and maybe inside the control panel.
If you mean a way for the client to send email (like a newsletter) from within WP admin, there may be a suitable plugin for something like that. However, you still need to set up a valid email address through the web host that hosts the WP site in order to use it. The address can be ‘client-name at his-domain dot whatever’ so it will look and be official.

I found a good newsletter plugin called “newsletter“, but whatever. What I mean is if I have a website about aircraft, it could be better if a client contact us via a contact form to be answered by something like “contact@aircraft.com” instead of a personnal email adress. Yes we can be notified in our own email adress, but we should have a mailbox inside wordpress itself.
As I said, it doesn’t have to be ‘someone@hotmail’, it can be @ his domain, and as many other variations as you like (e.g. info@, support@, etc).
Some member plugins (like BuddyPress) have built-in on-site messaging between admin and members if something like that is appropriate.
Also, Jetpack has a feedback form that works within the site via email.
