Where is my Dashboard?!

When I type in my sites link, mydomain.com/wordpress, I can browse through my fully functioning website, but there is no menu at the top of the page where I used to be able to access my dashboard and/or login.

However, when I try to log in by going to, mydomain.com/wp-admin.php I get a 404 error.

I am on a Mac and I recently did some maintenance by choosing “Reset Safari” to clean out my browser history, auto-fill data, etc…

I need to get back into my page to finish building it. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
