where does content in tagline appear?

    hello, i am wondering where the content entered into the tagline box in the settings > general menu appears (which file)? my thought is that i can edit this to allow html to appear in the tagline.

    i am using forever theme.

    i am new to wp.org but learning my way quickly, thanks in advance for any help.

    from what i can gather it should show up in the ‘header.php’ file, but mine has no evidence of any content whatsoever.

    do i need phpmyadmin?

    can someone help me?

    even if someone were to say “hey bro, it looks like you are in over your head” that would be great.
